I understand that your ETA is an Estimated Time of Arrival so the airport call out charge includes 10 minutes of waiting time after the pre-scheduled pickup time that you chose before I depart from the Airport and head back to town if I can’t tell where your flight is.
Know that you are going to be more than 10 minutes late before you’ve even boarded the plane to come here an hour before your scheduled ride time?
I probably haven’t left town to head out to the airport so a flight delay is not the end of the world on my end. If you are able to reach me before I get in the bus and start heading out to the airport for our originally scheduled pickup time - No Problem and No additional charge for the change in pickup time.
